Green Tea Dairy Blended Juice Topping Cream is a high qualified product supported with dairy fat and high qualified Japanese Matcha tea. It has a natural aromatic flavour; highly moisture content, charming fat taste and good strength.
The product is very good to our health. It helps to make good cakes.
- Ice- melting in cool temperature from 20’C to 70’C for about 12 hours to 24 hours before use.
- Shake well before opening.
- Pour cream into a bowl but not over 20% of the bowl’s volume, whip the cream at a normal speed until it rises with firmness and polish.
- Do not whip cream so fast when it is iced.
- After whipping, the product must be kept in cool or iced places.
